As condominium owners, you may want to become more familiar with the documents
that govern Sunswept's association. Those include, but aren't limited to, the By-Laws and Declaration
of Condominium which you should have received when your condominium was purchased. You may see some conflicts between the Sunswept Association documents and Chapter 718 because of changes
in the law that have gone into effect since our documents were written. In case of questions, you can ask your Board
