Your 2009 Board of Directors are John Radney, Al Malcom, Gary Hanlon, Nora Neel, Jerry Broadstreet,
Bill Howard and Shirley Withers. We hope to have a signed contract for Association Management and On-Site
Rentals by December 13. The vote on irrigation well was overwhelmingly in favor of the project. We
are anxious to start digging, but are securing other bids before finalizing the project.
If
there is anything else you're curious about, don't hesitate to contact your Board of Directors.
They are reviewing bids which were received for Association Management, On-Site Rentals and Accounting for 2009.
Royal American did not submit a bid, so our on-site rental company will definitely be changing. However, if you
currently have a contract with Royal American Hospitality for your rental agent, it will be in effect until you or RAH cancel
that contract. If you have any question or suggestion that may influence their decision, you need to speak up now before
those decisions are made, not only to your own building representative, but also to the at-large directors too who are elected
to represent all of us.
